SearchPatch / A Veristria service

A small amount of data.
A clear purpose.

Privacy information for the SearchPatch website and scope inquiries.

What the website stores

This site uses no optional analytics, advertising pixels or third-party tracking scripts. If you dismiss the informational storage notice, your browser stores a local preference named searchpatch_notice_v1. It is not an advertising identifier. You can remove it through your browser's site-data controls.

Scope inquiries

The inquiry asks for your name, email, public URLs, platform context and a short issue description. These details are used to review fit and reply to your request. Do not include passwords, API keys, private customer records or confidential security documents. The form does not upload files.

Submitting a request requires a working intake service. If delivery is unavailable, the page tells you and offers a draft you can copy or download. A draft saved on your device has not been sent to us. When an intake service acknowledges a request, the page reports that acknowledgment rather than implying your issue has already been accepted.

Private delivery evidence

If we agree to investigate a potential scope, we arrange a private channel for redacted evidence. Access and any necessary service providers are agreed before customer work. Please limit shared material to the accepted issue and revoke temporary access after handoff.

Retention and your choices

We review retention manually and delete closed or declined inquiry payloads after 90 days unless an unresolved request or documented obligation requires retention. Active accepted cases and required transaction records follow the agreed service-record obligations. No automatic retention scheduler is represented as installed. You can ask about, correct or request deletion of your inquiry information by emailing support@teamveristria.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal obligations.

Hosting and external links

Hosting and intake infrastructure may process basic request information to deliver the site, handle inquiries and protect against abuse. External documentation links take you to those providers' sites and their own privacy practices. Payment is arranged separately after scope approval.

Support guide and optional AI source selection

Opening support loads published questions and checks whether AI source selection is available. Choosing a published question stays in your browser. If you submit an AI question when enabled, the question and up to four earlier user questions may be processed by Milliner and its selected model provider to choose relevant passages from our public guides. Do not enter passwords, private records or confidential material. Provider and hosting processing is subject to their settings and policies; we do not promise zero provider retention.

Ordinary guide questions are not stored in our chat-budget database. A separately consented human request stores the contact details and summary described below. Short-lived signed sessions and anonymous daily client hashes support rate counters in the configured private database. These are operational controls, not proof of your identity. The operator prunes expired counters and sessions. Hosting and service providers may retain technical logs. The conversation exists in page memory until you leave or choose New chat; copying it is an explicit local clipboard action.

Ordinary chat answers do not send email, open a support ticket, book work or take payment. The human email link opens your mail app for you to send. A scope inquiry is a separate explicit submission. Before enabling AI, the operator must complete provider, database and policy review.

Human support requests

When AI is unavailable, typed questions are matched against published guidance locally in your browser. Ask a person opens a separate form: only your name, email and the summary you review are sent, with explicit consent. No transcript is automatically attached. Receipt is confirmed only after VeristriaDesk acknowledges durable storage and returns a reference. No receipt email, response deadline or booking is implied. Copy and email remain available if handoff is disconnected.

Consented requests become restricted operator records used to respond and manage the case. Closed or declined inquiries are reviewed for deletion after 90 days unless an unresolved request or documented obligation requires retention. Milliner and its selected providers may process inference inputs and logs under configured retention policies; browser transcript controls are not a provider privacy guarantee.
